Company
E, which manufactures PVC Windows, generates
a turnover of 13.5 M€.
Following the advice of l'Assurance Universelle,
it entrusts a factoring company with 10.5 M€,
i.e. 400 active clients who are not very rigorous
in their day-to-day management.
The Factoring House collects 42 K€/year (0.4%
of the entrusted turnover) to receive, follow-up,
collect and cover the debts. Thanks to these efforts
with the Accounts Receivable, the Factoring House
has reduced the payment time by 8 days.
Company E only retains control of the most positive
aspects of its commercial efforts. The company
has also heavily drawn on the line of financing
in order to deal with its needs, as the conditions
they negotiated with the Factoring House were
particularly competitive compared with the bank
overdraft charges used beforehand (Dailly, overdraft...). |
